Brooke Mueller Arrested For Drugs Possession

This is not for first time when we are going to talk about Charlie Sheen’s ex-wife Brooke Mueller, she has been charged in Colorado for keeping a big amount of drug and distribution of cocaine in Aspen.

She was arrested by police on Dec. 3 after a woman called the 911 after being assaulted at a nightclub and she calmed that she was the reason

According to the Arnold Mordkin, Pitkin County chief deputy district attorney, Mueller was not only charged fro drug but she also charged with third-degree assault too and the woman over there clamed that she was threatening her and harassing her too

He added that both drug charges and violence are serious issues, but Possession with intent to distribute is the most serious and carries a penalty between four to 12 years and even more as a fine too and possession charge could be up to 18 months behind bars with fine of some thousands

Brooke Jaye Mueller is an American actress and a real estate agent and 34 years old beauty is the ex-wife of actor Charlie Sheen and they have 2 boys together too, Bob and Max, and they both living with her too

They have so many thing between then and he had to got o jail for more than thrice due to house violence and she called the police and then he filed for divorce

Sheen filed for divorce from Mueller in November 2010 and on March 1, 2011, police took his sons Bob and Max from Sheen’s home and gave them to their mom and then social services took the children after Mueller obtained a restraining order against Sheen.

She called him insane and she doesn’t feel safe with him so they took kids, divorce was approved by a Los Angeles Superior Court judge and became effective on May 2, 2011 and he pleaded guilty to misdemeanor assault and completed his probation in 2010.
