Now the question is what is Salivary Gland Cancer what are the symptoms of that cancer?

Cancer of the salivary gland is quite rare actually only 2.5 to 3 diagnoses out of every 100,000 cancer cases each year and even more rare in younger people, but can not say that can not possible in any stage of life

Salivary gland cancer is a cancer that forms in tissues of a salivary gland and medically classified as major and minor and the major salivary glands consist of the parotid, submandibular, and sublingual glands.

The minor glands include small mucus and some other tissues too and it is not as dangerous as the major one, Salivary gland cancer is rare, with 2% of head and neck tumors forming in the salivary glands, the majority in the parotid

The cancer begins in the salivary glands in the head, which are located in the mouth, throat and neck and in most commonly it starts in the parotid gland near the front part of the ear

Not all salivary gland tumors are cancerous, or dangerous, but yes all cases needs some medical treatments, and if you catch it in the early stage of disease then a doctor may be able to treat it by just remove the salivary gland and after some medications you will be absolutely fine

Just try to catch it in early stage so for that you should get your self fully tested once or twice a year enjoy life with health.
