We are going to make a very healthy and yum chicken to serve on your Fat Tuesday dinner and that is a very yum and delicious recipe for chicken and u l feel full for longer hours with that too

You need to marinade it and for that you need, buttermilk, four cups, then you need cayenne pepper, according to your taste, old Bay seasoning, salt, fresh-ground black pepper, Tabasco sauce and honey

Then you need few things to make it, you need 2 chickens cut into pieces, corn oil, 4 cups of all-purpose flour, paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, old Bay seasoning, cayenne pepper, ground celery seed, salt and black pepper

To make the buttermilk marinade: In a large mixing bowl, whisk the buttermilk together with the cayenne, Old Bay, salt, pepper, Tabasco, and honey.

First of all let’s make marinate sauce, add all the ingredients, in a big bowl and add the chick pieces and cover the pieces with sauce completely and cover the bowl with plastic wrap and leave it for 12 hours or more in refrigerator

Now preheat the oven to 200°F and heat the oil in a deep fryer over high heat and it should be popping and then it will be ready

Now combine the paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, Old Bay, cayenne pepper, celery seed, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl and mix it very evenly to make the dish the best, and you need to talk half of the mixture in a small bowl and reaming half you need to add in the flour to the large bowl and mix well too

Now you need to pull the chicken from sauce, putt it in flour bowl cover the piece completely and then do the same with each piece and put it in the frying pot and then let the chicken fry for about 8 minutes or until its golden brown

Sprinkle each piece of chicken with the seasoning mixture and now you need to put the baking sheet in the oven and bake the chicken pieces for more 10 minutes, ready to serve?
